In the Greater Orlando metropolitan area, our technicians typically arrive within 30 minutes or less. In surrounding towns, the estimated arrival time is about 45 minutes. All in all, times may vary depending on the day of the week, weekends, holidays, peak or off-peak hours, and weather conditions.

Absolutely. Our technicians can test your battery’s health on the spot. If the test shows that the battery needs to be replaced for your vehicle to function properly, we will replace it.
Our battery replacement service starts at $199 for most vehicles. This price includes a new battery, delivery, labor, and removal of the old or defective battery. The cost may vary depending on your vehicle’s requirements.
The new batteries we install come with a 2-year factory warranty. An extended warranty is available for an additional fee, depending on the type of battery.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Zelle, and cash.
You may cancel your request for service within the first 10 minutes after your payment has been submitted. Any cancellation after the 10-minute period is subject to a non-refundable $45 fee. The full quoted service price will be charged for the following reasons:  
  • It has been more than 10 minutes since your payment was submitted, and you cancel for any reason.
  • The technician has already arrived on-site, and you cancel for any reason.
  • You inaccurately stated the condition of your vehicle, leading to a higher service cost, and you cancel.
  • The technician arrives, and you are no longer at the location because you received help elsewhere or failed to cancel the service.
Our technicians will make every effort to resolve your issue and get you back on the road. However, in rare cases where the problem cannot be solved, you will not be charged any fees.
