You may cancel your request for service to your location during the first 10 minutes after your payment has been submitted. Any cancellation after the 10 minutes period is subject to a fee of $45 which is a non-refundable charge. You will be charged the full amount of the quoted service price for any of the following cancellation instances/reasons:

1. It is already over the 10 minutes period from the time your payment has been submitted and you cancel for any reason.

2. Our technician is already on scene and you cancel for any reason.

3. Our technician determines you have inaccurately stated the conditions of your vehicle thus the cost of service will be higher than initially quoted and you cancel service.

4. If You are Gone On Arrival (GOA) and/or fail to cancel service.
